Hi All, we are using "NetWorker Module for Microsoft Applications version 2.4.0.375" in our environment to recover the mailbox. Example : One of the user called (A) is claiming about the missing mails from mailbox. Emails are not there in recovery deleted items. we have planned for mailbox restoration and sure how to do. In exchange 2003 we ware creating the RSG and recovering through Networking that was very easy. we have recentaly migrated with exchange 2010 Could you please let us know the procedure to handle such incident? In Exchange 2010, the RSG is replaced by the recovery database. See this for more info: Recovery Databases You will need to contact Networker support for the specifics on how to restore using their product.Twitter!:

Hi Avinash, Any updates? Just a reference, you may also need to know the dumpste changes in Exchange 2010, you can recover the items without using backup and restore.
